The Technical Administrative Officers will take over or contribute to the execution of following tasks:
- - Writing of following documents: site notice instructions, general document to support commissioning engineers.
- - Follow up of: commissioning documentation during preparation and execution phase (issuance of document RFA, test reposts, etc.)-
- - Preparation and issuance of reports: reporting for follow-up, participation to time-schedule meeting for commissioning documentation, status of commissioning documentation, status of commissioning steps/progress.
- - Support to commissioning engineers: preparation of ready for application MoM and channels, preparation of test reports.
Administrative officer with experience in technical environment or Engineer willing to work within administrative process.
- - Experience in logistic and organization from 2-3 years.
- - Knowledge of the IT tools.
- - Good knowledge of MS Office pack (word, excel, power point).
- - Knowledge of Documentum.
- - Good level of English, read, written and spoken, is required, other language skills are beneficial.
