The position is part of the T-OM-S organization, located on the OL3 construction site. The candidate will interact as well with units in Germany and France.
The main actions and responsibilities for this position are:
Support to T-OM-S team leader. From the simulator activities, a lot of findings are discovered that need to be closed with clearly identified priorities and in well-timed manner based on the project schedule. The T-OM-S team leader has taken the responsibilities to make the decisions about the actions to be launched (either the update of the operating procedures or the performance of simulator work-arounds). In order to achieve the leader objectives, the candidate will have to manage the T-OM-S table by implementing the incoming findings, contact the T-OM-S team member to follow the technical investigation, identify the redundant findings, create the open points if necessary and follow the progress of the points, organize the T-OM-S committee meetings, perform the minute of meeting of the committee meetings, prepare the weekly reporting (with the review of the T-OM-S leader), develop the project indicators.
The candidate will interact with the teams impacted by the simulator findings, like the manuals team and the commissioning teams. For that purpose, the candidate will participate to the CR review committees on behalf of the T-OM-S leader to promote the progress of the open points coming from the simulator findings.
The candidate will perform the regular update of the document FSFE DC2592, consisting in the freeze on the T-OM-S table and that include the manuals of the T-OM-S table.
Depending on the performance of the candidate and his skills, he may possibly be involved in analysis of the origin of the findings so that limiting the risk of unnecessary findings.
General and technical background expected:
- Technical knowledges in mechanical / process / computer engineering.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications, knowledge of VBA is a plus.
- Rigorous and reliable.

- Planning culture, committed to deliver in time.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. French and/or German is a plus.
