We are now looking for a CTT Planner for a project in Olkiluoto. Work starts on 01.11.2017 and estimated duration 11 months.

Tasks:
  • Plan and prepare field activities for temporary modifications (electromechanical) and their restoration after use (specifically related to the containment tightness test-CTT).
  • Check and prepare dismantling, transport routes, and temporary storage locations and requirements.
  • Issue procedures, drawings and instructions including required spare parts related to temporary modifications / final installation.
  • Identify, coordinate and other external resources to perform the CTT.
  • To respect the requirements of TS (technical specifications).
  • Review maintenance work reports.
  • Ensuring the application safety, security and environmental standards, guidelines and rules.
General and technical background expected:
  • At least 3 years of experience as maintenance planner for mechanical works, mechanical engineering, or experience as field supervisor/technician. Exposure to facets of plant operation, maintenance outages, preparation coordination and field supervision of planned work and permit to work implementation.
  • Experience in procedure and instructions writing (required for creating maintenance instructions).
  • Fluent English both written and spoken required. Ability with French, German or Finnish is a plus.
Skills required:
  • Engineering degree/diploma with an emphasis on mechanical engineering (or similar) or experienced technician with and mechanical or electromechanical background.
  • Understanding of technical documentation for power plant components.
  • Maintenance/mechanical works.
  • Procedure/instruction compliance.
  • Good communicator and coordinator.
Skills favorable:
  • Several years of specialist work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of nuclear plant operations, maintenance, and/or procedural planning.
  • Knowledge of power plant, system and process engineering.
  • Knowledge of commissioning procedures and organization.
